2. Services

Little Classroom provides personalised tutoring services for children in the comfort of a Little Classroom. Our teachers are experienced professionals dedicated to supporting your child's educational development.

3. Registration and Account

To access our services, you will need to complete an admissions form. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

4. Payment

Payment for our services is due in advance and must be made one week before each half-term begins unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to make payment for booking will result in your child's place being cancelled. Upon agreeing on class day, times and availability, an invoice with payment details will be sent. Prices are subject to change and we will notify you of any changes in advance

5. Scheduling

Classes will be scheduled for the academic calendar. Visit the timetable page on our website for detailed information regarding the term block and holiday session schedule. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred class, but availability is limited.

 

 

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Once classes are scheduled and payment is made, no cancellations or refunds are permitted. We allocate resources and time based on scheduled sessions, and cancellations disrupt our operations. However, in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events, we may consider rescheduling sessions at our discretion if we can make it possible.

7. Conduct

We expect all participants, including teachers and students, to behave respectfully and professionally during sessions. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in termination of services.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including but not limited to lesson plans, worksheets and educational resources, are the intellectual property of Little Classroom. You may use these materials solely for personal, non-commercial use and may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
