Welcome to Little Classroom™, a specialist home education and primary learning centre for children aged 3 to 11.

We offer home education, school readiness, and after-school classes in small groups (maximum of 6 children), all designed to build strong foundations in reading, writing, and maths. Our approach nurtures a love of learning through play and practical, hands-on materials.

Our calm and welcoming environment encourages children to explore, discover and enjoy learning. Every session is child-led and tailored to individual needs, helping children build confidence, achieve meaningful outcomes and make real progress.

Little Classroom™ is also growing. We now offer franchise opportunities for experienced educators who share our values and want to create their own Little Classroom in their local area, supported by our proven model, training and ongoing guidance.

What is it really about when we talk about building a love for learning?

It’s not about pushing children to read earlier, write more, or get ahead quickly. It’s about creating a foundation where, when they are ready, they are naturally intrigued, curious, and eager to learn.

When a child develops a genuine love for learning, they begin to teach themselves. They explore, question, remember more, and push themselves because they want to, not because they have to.

My advice is simple. Let them guide you. They will build independence and develop the confidence to take risks and try new things.

Learning through play is where the magic happens. It builds confidence, independence, and a natural desire to keep discovering more.

One thing I absolutely love is supporting parents.

The holidays can be tricky when you’re trying to think of ways to both educate and entertain your children, especially as I run very limited classes over the school holidays.

A lovely, relaxed Monday.

Starting the week slowly, soaking up the calm, and enjoying those little moments that often get missed in the rush.

Sometimes the best way to reset is to simply pause, breathe, and ease into the week ahead.

Just another beautiful week in the classroom! We have welcomed two new children, celebrated a birthday, moved three children up a reading stage, read stories, played times table bingo, had a mental maths quiz, learnt new sounds, planted flowers, made slides, built castles, and learnt all about sharks… the list is endless!

It’s so lovely to hear stories like this. This is just a tiny part of a message I received from a parent last night, but more than anything I’m just so, so happy to be making such a difference to children’s education.

My advice is it’s never too early to get support. It can honestly make the biggest difference and stop the gap from getting wider.

I’ve had such an incredible journey in education, filled with real highs, a few tough lows and so many moments that have shaped who I am today.

From leading teams and supporting children to thrive, to navigating challenges I never expected, it has all been part of the story.
